INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS FOR MEN OR COUPLES

My sessions are individually designed around the client's intentions and desires and no two sessions look alike. Sessions are offered to men of all sexual orientations in a format and at a pace that is individually suited for your comfort level. In general, however, we will have a discussion about what you would like to explore in the session and then I will guide you through some breathwork and Tantric energy exercises to get you comfortable in your body and relaxed. Depending on the intention for the session, we will eventually begin more focused Taoist body and energy work, combined with breath, sound, and movement, all designed to move your life force energy through your entire body. Sessions are usually two hours in length but may be longer or shorter if desired or needed.
