TOWARDS THE ONE: Using Erotic Energy for
Awakening and Transformation
Join Ian Ellington (www.thegardenofian.com) and guest instructor Loren Johnson (www.rawtantra.com) for a powerful weekend of exploration and discovery. Having trained with Taoist Master Mantak Chia, Loren brings his expertise in Kundalini Tantra, Taoist Alchemical Yoga, and Sexual Kung Fu to this dynamic workshop. Together we will create a safe space to experience primal erotic energies and the connection between our sexuality and spirituality.
Topics covered will include:
- Concepts and principles of Tantra
- Sexual attitudes and myths
- Desire and Boundaries
- Sexual habits of men
- Balance of masculine and feminine energies
- Breath, sound, and movement as tools for transformation
- Taoist techniques for accessing erotic energy.
The workshop is for men of all sexual orientations and preferences, involves group nudity and safe erotic touch, and will be limited to 16 participants. No previous experience is required. Activities will also include active breathing, movement, and stretching and may be mildly physically demanding.
